I am part romantic, part mischievous adventurer. My state of being is warm and contentedly happy, sometimes like a languid luxuriating cat, often a frisky kitten. ABOUT ME
I am in my mid twenties, and throughout my life I have had a keen love of literature, delving into volumes of novels and poetry. These explorations are not simply my whimsical flight of fancy; I have always believed that great authors offer us lessons, and that poets are the rightful guardians of truth. It was through the written word that I first dreamt of this path in life.
Ovid was the first to capture my imagination. Subsequently many luxuriously written tomes have introduced me to exotic courtesans, beautiful mistresses and sensual secret lovers. These tales always titillated my fantasies, so it seemed nothing more than destiny that I chose my path with joy, and that I find myself writing to you now.
Like you, all of my waking hours are not devoted to whimsy and fantasy. I am a professional, independent contractor by day, working with a wide-variety of clients on deadline-driven projects. I enjoy my work but multi-tasking projects and the often high-pressure pace, have led me to realize that I must take time whenever I can to enjoy life. This is my escape, this is my oasis.

My appreciation of food deserves it's own special mention, I come from a culture where sharing good food with friends is a symbol of affection. I love the classic dining experience, but also have very electic tastes. I've enjoyed extraordinary meals at restaurants ranging from the low to mid range price tags all the way up to an extremely high tariff, in my experience price isn't the determining factor. I'm a hedonist, and if it's good I'll delight in it. I particularly love to explore ethnic food.
I’m impossibly curious about everything, which makes the world a fascinating place that begs exploration. To that end, I love to travel and adore exploring both cities and people. I consider myself an explorer of the urban jungle. It's great fun to wander through cities almost at random, stumbling onto treasures as I go. I often following my fancy and stop at coffee shops, cafes, bakeries, and bars, take some time out, chat, people watch, and generally just "be".
One of the most entertaining things in the world is a good bookstore. While the shop need not be antiquarian, a well-stocked independent book retailer with some character is as joyous as an amusement park. I've spent much time with friends running back-and-forth showing off this and that book that we've found, and trying (often in vain) to not buy so many that we are overburdened.
With my love of literature, and my devotion to my career, I also have an eclectic (some would say eccentric) love of oddities. I take great pleasure in unusual performances at off-the-beaten path venues and love to explore new music. Antique shops, vinyl records stores, art galleries, and purveyors of unusual things keep me endlessly amused. I am a collector of all things strange.
I enjoy exploring the natural world as much as I do urban landscapes. I take great pleasure in hiking, bicycling and canoeing. With the hectic pace of my life, I really appreciate being phsycial outside of the bedroom, even going to the gym together.
However, as much as I enjoy and desire adventure, I also relish and need a calm night in. Cooking dinner together, watching movies, snuggled down with someone to read, or wordlessly listening to music in each others arms. These moments are soothing to the soul, and keep me sane.
THE DEMIMONDE
Sometimes adventure turns into something more. It cannot be planned for, it cannot be sought after. It must blossom organically, a natural evolution of the experiences and bond we share. If over time our connection and desire for each other become more intense than casual interest, I am thrilled to explore the possibilies of entering into a connection more reflective of being a mistress.
